MEDIATION – SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
Pursuant to French Order No. 2015-1033 dated August 20, 2015 and enactment decree No. 2015-1382 dated October 30, 2015, any consumer dispute may, subject to Article L152.2 of the French Consumer Code, be amicably settled through mediation by the CMAP (Paris mediation and arbitration center).
To submit your complaint to the mediator, fill in the form on the CMAP website (www.cmap.fr) in the “You are…” “A consumer” tab, or send an ordinary or registered letter to CMAP Médiation Consommation, 39 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, 75008 Paris, France, or send an email to email@example.com.
Irrespective of the method used to contact CMAP, your request must contain the following information to enable it to be processed quickly.
Your postal address, email address and phone number, and the full name and address of Privilodges (Privilodges Gestion Développement, 1 place Niki de Saint-Phalle – 34070 Montpellier – France) or of the establishment concerned, and evidence that you have first attempted to resolve the issue with Privilodges (Privilodges Gestion Développement, 1 place Niki de Saint-Phalle – 34070 Montpellier – France) or with the establishment concerned.
